Was bought out by Dow Chemicals!What happened to the Apache Oil %26amp; Gas Corporation that was incorporation in 1948 in Delaware?
According to their website, the current Apache Corp. started in Minnesota in 1954, so I guess that's not it. There's also an APACHE OIL %26amp; GAS TRANSMISSION that's now a subsidiary of Energy Partners, Ltd. but their website says that's incorporated in Louisiana so that might not be it either.
